We are Your Bali Wedding: experience – passion – transparency 

Your Bali Wedding was founded on the island of Bali back in 2005. We are backed by a company of 220 staff members along with our extended team of stylists, make-up specialists, photographers and caterers but more importantly, we have got 5 fantastic wedding planners with mountains of experience and each of them is very passionate about their work. Our team is a mix of Indonesian and Australian wedding specialists and together we are rocking the wedding industry!

We really do believe we are the very best wedding planner you can find in all of Bali! How are we different from all the others out there? Online portal: The planning lounge

Our super handy online planning portal is something we are really proud of! Launched in January 2019, ‘The Planning Lounge’ is what our couples are raving about and working with this innovative portal has been nothing but amazing so far! In the lounge, you can arrange everything! The budgeting tool enables you to track where the money goes, what has been paid and what is still due, you can see the calendar and be reminded of checklist items and upcoming payment, you can send your electronic invites and manage your RSVP’s, you can arrange the layout and seating. It even has a design studio that acts as your own personalised Pinterest but enables you to collaborate with the planning team so you can start to see how your wedding style is coming together. The lighting, the wedding cake, the venue, the colours – you can see it all in your personal planning lounge.  We even provide you with a website so your guests have all of the information they need for your destination wedding and leave you to focus on the big day.

A wedding that reflects who you are

We totally understand how important it is that your wedding reflects who you are as a couple. Standard wedding packages won’t do justice to your big day and therefore we always custom-design every wedding down to the tiniest details and we do this in collaboration with our couples. Your wedding will reflect your personal style. You may choose the same wedding venue as couples before you but it will look completely different.

Sticking to your wedding budget

We know It is super important to stick to your wedding budget and we will guard it at all times. On top of that, you have the online portal to rely on, giving you up-to-date information on your spending at all times and how you are tracking to budget.

The hosting of your wedding – leave it up to us!

While your mind is very much distracted, thinking about the perfect wedding venue, the cake, the dress, the invites and everything else that is part of the pre-wedding excitement, it is easy to forget that you are not just getting married, you are hosting an event – a huge event for a large number of people.
