Dion and I do not know where to start or how to thank you enough for what you did for us. You created the most magical day and night for us, one we will never forget.
From day 1 we knew you were the perfect wedding planner for us. You said yes to our every need and came through with our every want without hesitation. You went out of your way with each and every detail. You even searched the highs and lows of Bali just to find us blue plates to match a photo I had my heart set on only for me to turn around and completely scratch the idea. Sorry!!!

We searched extensively for a wedding planner for our wedding in Bali (we are from New Zealand). We wanted a non traditional wedding and had many ideas which were non standard. Whereas many planners offered us a standard package of prices including multiple things we did not need or were unclear on pricing, Your Bali Wedding worked extremely hard to understand what we wanted and offer a range of pricing. They were able to custom make many things for us and these details made the day very special. Our guests really noticed the difference too. They worked tirelessly and the day itself went incredibly smoothly. We would not hesitate to recommend Your Bali Wedding.
Your Bali Wedding helped plan our dream Bali wedding which well and truly exceeded our expectations. They are experienced, thoughtful, and energetic. Your Bali Wedding has a lot of industry contacts and provided us with constructive and honest recommendations. The team helped us design the wedding concept, including the theme, the flowers and decor, music, food, and entertainment, which all came together on the day and worked beautifully.
Whilst we had a little bit of rain in the evening before dinner, we hardly even noticed. Your Bali Wedding managed the vendors and the crowds really well, and worked hard to ensure everything flowed smoothly. We also had a pool party at the villa the morning after, which Your Bali Wedding helped organise as well. They are all a bit of a perfectionist, and you can see that they are very invested in the clients and events, which is definitely the number one quality you need in a planner.
We had the time of our lives at our wedding thanks to Your Bali Weddings planning and organization, and we would not hesitate to recommend them to our friends and family.
On the 8th October this year I was lucky enough to travel to Bali and in front of 75 of our closest family and friends I married the man of my dreams, my best friend, who is now my husband. We had the most amazing experience and have no regrets about our decision to get married in Bali, it truly was the best day of our lives.
After hours of research on the internet, countless conversations with people and many hesitations I was passed on the name of Your Bali Wedding and I’m so thankful that we found them.
The team was amazing throughout our whole wedding journey, from start to finish did a fantastic job.
Our wedding ceremony was held in a resort in Nusa Dua followed by the reception in a private villa. Your Bali Wedding presented us with different options for both the ceremony and the reception, and she also helped us with arranging the accommodation for our guests and researched many options for our pre-wedding dinner the night before our special day. The venues we decided on were exactly what we wanted and were all perfect places to hold a function. They organised everything, from hair, make up, flowers, music, cake, photographers, videographers, catering, and transport, and of all these things there was not a single thing that we didn’t like. The food was beautiful, the hair and make-up artists did a great job, the venues looked spectacular, our photo’s are something we will treasure forever and the DJ had everyone dancing long into the night. This was all thanks to the brilliant organising and co-ordination of Your Bali Wedding.
On the day of our wedding, the Your Bali Wedding team made sure everything ran smoothly, and there was not a single thing that went wrong.
If we could do our wedding all over again, there really is not a single thing we would change and this is all thanks to Your Bali Wedding. We will be forever grateful for the amazing experience that we had and we are so lucky we were able to share with all the people we hold close to our hearts.
